C\u00f3rdoba, presente.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6494\" src=\"http:\/\/www.atecordoba.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/encuentro-naciona-comunicacion-e1457979147878.jpg\" alt=\"encuentro naciona comunicacion\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las provincias estuvieron presentes para debatir, durante dos d\u00edas, la estrategia y articulaci\u00f3n de estas tres \u00e1reas fundamentales de cara a los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Los d\u00edas 11 y 12 de marzo un centenar de compa\u00f1eros representaron a m\u00e1s de 20 provincias y seccionales con el fin de avanzar en un proyecto para formar cuadros pol\u00edticos, debatir el rol del Estado y c\u00f3mo influir en \u00e9l, en base a objetivos inmediatos y para los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">El Encuentro estuvo encabezado por Secretario General de ATE, Hugo Godoy, acompa\u00f1ado del Adjunto, Julio Fuentes, los secretarios de Formaci\u00f3n y Comunicaci\u00f3n, Mar\u00eda Teresa Romero y H\u00e9ctor M\u00e9ndez, y del Director del instituto de investigaciones de ATE -IDEP-, Horacio Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">La jornada comenz\u00f3 el viernes con la presentaci\u00f3n del encuentro a cargo de Hugo Godoy y luego se abrieron las comisiones d\u00f3nde se discutieron durante toda la tarde del viernes y la ma\u00f1ana del s\u00e1bado los pasos a seguir en cada sector.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">M\u00f3nica D\u00b4El\u00eda, Directora de la Escuela de Formaci\u00f3n Sindical Libertario Ferrari, junto a Teresa Romero, estuvieron al frente de la comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n. Federico Chechele, Director nacional de Comunicaci\u00f3n, coordin\u00f3 dicha \u00e1rea y Daniel Godoy, coordinador de Salud del IDEP, hizo lo propio junto a Horacio Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">El encuentro estuvo circunscripto bajo la idea que cada provincia cuente con equipos que trabajen en cada una de estas \u00e1reas y que \u00e9stos constituyan \u00e1mbitos comunes en los que se integren y articulen.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6495\" src=\"http:\/\/www.atecordoba.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/encuentro-naciona-comunicacion-2-e1457979170346.jpg\" alt=\"encuentro naciona comunicacion 2\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Comisi\u00f3n de Formaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">En esta \u00e1rea participaron compa\u00f1eros secretarios y\/o responsables de formaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de 18 provincias y acompa\u00f1ados por 4 secretarios generales de CDP, que aportaron y debatieron la tem\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">En un primer momento se hizo un diagnostico de acciones formativas que se realizaron en cada una de las provincias, luego se present\u00f3 un anteproyecto del Programa Nacional de formaci\u00f3n elaborado por el equipo nacional a fin de ser debatido y\u00a0 enriquecerlo con nuevas iniciativas de manera tal que sea una producci\u00f3n colectiva federal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Las principales definiciones pol\u00edticas fueron que las acciones de\u00a0 formaci\u00f3n deben garantizar:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Promover una estrategia pol\u00edtico-sindical\u00a0 que contenga objetivos, voluntad pol<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00edtica y recursos tanto financieros como humanos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Abordar una diversidad tem\u00e1tica que contenga desde un piso m\u00ednimo de aspectos sindicales que todo dirigente debe tener hasta la concepci\u00f3n de pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica, Modelo de Estado<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Propiciar en cada acci\u00f3n<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> y en cada tem\u00e1tica la visi\u00f3n desde la clase trabajadora.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Aportar para el crecimiento de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Contener una perspectiva de g\u00e9nero<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Reforzar valores como solidaridad, equidad, compromiso, afectividad, entre otros.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Desarrollar procesos regi<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">onales como as\u00ed tambi\u00e9n locales todos entrelazados en una misma direccionalidad federal.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Articular y coordinar con las \u00e1reas de comunicaci\u00f3n e investigaci\u00f3n a fin de concebir una dial\u00e9ctica en la\u00a0 intervenci\u00f3n pol\u00edtico- sindical m\u00e1s completa y eficaz.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Utilizar distintas herramientas formativas (talleres presenciales, plataforma virtual, materiales gr\u00e1ficos, instrumentos audiovisuales, etc.) de modo tal que de acuerdo con cada realidad podamos contar con alternativas variadas en el ejercicio formativo.<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">\u00b7<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Coordinar con las \u00e1reas espec\u00edficas de la C.T.A. Aut\u00f3noma a fin de potenciar todos los recursos existentes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Tambi\u00e9n se fortaleci\u00f3 la idea del trabajo hacia adentro de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n como hacia fuera, tendiendo puentes con otras organizaciones, y con la propia comunidad. Adem\u00e1s se expres\u00f3 la necesidad de poner a la organizaci\u00f3n en un aprendizaje permanente que acompa\u00f1e procesos liberadores de nuestro pueblo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6496\" src=\"http:\/\/www.atecordoba.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/encuentro-naciona-comunicacion-3-e1457979221457.jpg\" alt=\"encuentro naciona comunicacion 3\" width=\"550\" height=\"322\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Comisi\u00f3n de Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Con la presencia de 18 provincias, la comisi\u00f3n de comunicadores de prensa debati\u00f3 sobre la actualidad de los medios de comunicaci\u00f3n y las estrategias para influir en ellos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Adem\u00e1s, cada uno de los compa\u00f1eros expres\u00f3 la realidad de cada provincia, las necesidades para emprender una comunicaci\u00f3n acorde a la organizaci\u00f3n y c\u00f3mo seguir adelante con una articulaci\u00f3n precisa y ordenada para difundir la informaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Tambi\u00e9n se realiz\u00f3 un relevamiento sobre los medios propios que cuenta nuestra organizaci\u00f3n, se debati\u00f3 c\u00f3mo implementar una estrategia comunicacional con las redes sociales y qu\u00e9 se tiene que difundir a los medios y de qu\u00e9 manera.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Para ello se apuntaron varias definiciones para que los responsables de prensa puedan articular una pol\u00edtica clara y contundente de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Crear un equipo de formaci\u00f3n desde la Secretar\u00eda de Prensa de ATE nacional para asistir a las necesidades cuando cada provincia lo crea pertinente.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Plantear al Consejo Directivo Nacional la necesidad de un presupuesto acorde a la importancia del \u00e1rea.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Planificar de manera m\u00e1s precisa el env\u00edo de materiales a cada provincia con la posibilidad que sean cada uno de los responsables del sector los encargados de la distribuci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Realizar cada tres o cuatros meses este tipo de encuentros para perfeccionar la comunicaci\u00f3n nacional de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">A partir del compromiso asumido por el CDN, y bajo el pedido de cada CDP y seccional, tener en funcionamiento para fin de a\u00f1o las 24 p\u00e1ginas web institucionales de la ATE.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Y, fundamentalmente, se defini\u00f3 una permanente comunicaci\u00f3n diaria entre todos los responsables de prensa, para lo que se a\u00f1adi\u00f3 una minuciosa lista de datos con el fin de permanecer todos conectados.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Adem\u00e1s, se entreg\u00f3 un pendrive con programas b\u00e1sicos de edici\u00f3n de audios y videos que se detall\u00f3 en la comisi\u00f3n en simult\u00e1neo con el dictado de un curso de fotograf\u00eda. Tambi\u00e9n los compa\u00f1eros recibieron un manual de estilo para perfeccionar la escritura.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6497\" src=\"http:\/\/www.atecordoba.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/encuentro-naciona-comunicacion-4-e1457979274173.jpg\" alt=\"encuentro naciona comunicacion 4\" width=\"550\" height=\"365\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><b><strong style=\"font-style: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Comisi\u00f3n de Investigaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/strong><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Esta comisi\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n cont\u00f3 con un importante aporte de varias provincias quienes debatieron las estrategias y metodolog\u00edas para garantizar la presencia del IDEP en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Caracterizar a la investigaci\u00f3n como un proceso de producci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n y conocimiento parte integrante de la pr\u00e1ctica gremial y no como un ap\u00e9ndice de servicios.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Reconocer al IDEP como la posibilidad de integrar sujetos, equipos, vinculaciones y tem\u00e1ticas que involucren al gremio con la problem\u00e1tica extrasectorial que nos incluye como pueblo.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Promover la creaci\u00f3n de IDEP a nivel regional y\/o local, en las estructuras formales del gremio con la mayor institucionalidad posible.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Desarrollar informaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional y locales necesarias para las discusiones salariales (costos de canastas b\u00e1sicas, mapa salarial, mapa del estado nacional, provinciales y municipales).<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Desarrollar investigaciones vinculadas a la pol\u00edtica p\u00fablica.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Desarrollar asistencia t\u00e9cnica y metodol\u00f3gica en el caso de investigaciones locales y\/o regionales.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Integrar procesos de formaci\u00f3n referido a los puntos decididos.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Generar v\u00ednculos de trabajo con organizaciones sociales, institucionales, colegios profesionales, universidades.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Promover la difusi\u00f3n institucional de las acciones y actividades en p\u00e1ginas webs, blogs y redes sociales.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\"> <span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit;\">Avanzar hacia la convocatoria de encuentros regionales \u201cDiscusi\u00f3n del rol del Estado\u201d como forma de ir instrumentando lo decidido.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La mayor\u00eda de las provincias estuvieron presentes para debatir, durante dos d\u00edas, la estrategia y articulaci\u00f3n de estas tres \u00e1reas fundamentales de cara a los pr\u00f3ximos a\u00f1os.
